On yom tov, we usually leave our oven on at 200F. In the last few years, we discovered a delicious slow-cooked pot roast dish that cooks sloooowly in 200, and is crazy good. It's our go-to yom tov meal.

But I was wondering--what other dishes are there that cook well at 200F? I tried googling for low-temp dishes with limited success, so I was wondering if you ladies had any favorites or go-to dishes--milchig, fleishig, or pareve--that cook well at a low temperature.

Thanks!

Anything you would put in your crock pot - that's the temp for most crock pots' low setting.
