Someone gave me their used cellphone as they upgraded to a newer one. It is better than the one I have now, but somehow looks alot shabbier. I'd like to get a case for it but don't want to spend alot of money, since, like I said, it's an "older" phone.
It is a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy II. Any ideas where I can purchase a case for it? I went to the T-Mobile shop in my area, but they said it was old and the model has been discontinued, so they no longer carry the cases for it. Any suggestions?

Try eBay. I got a case for my iPhone for $5 on there (including shipping)

Do I need to be a member of e-bay or Amazon, or can anyone go to their websites and browse?

you for sure don't need to be a member just to browse and I'm pretty sure both sites let you check out as a guest without creating an account.
