I never had a stroller bassinet for any of my kids, but this time I have a different situation.
When my baby will be iyh about 3 months old, I will have to be at work full time for about 2 months straight. I am the boss, so while I realize I may be busy with the baby part of the day, I still need to be on-site to be on top of my employees and be available for issues that may arise.
There is not enough room in my office for a pack n play, so I am considering purchasing a new stroller with a bassinet to have at work, but have 2 questions:
1- will the bassinet be too small for a 3-5 month old?
2- which stroller that comes with a bassinet is the most compact as I am really limited on space
Thanx!

If you get a small bassinet it can definitely be outgrown by that age. I think bugaboo may have the biggest bassinet. Some babies are very mobile from a very early age, so even if it technically fits, it may not be a safe option.

I would get a stroller that lies flat and has a five point harness.

Would you have room for a gymini? (No risk of falling, more stimulating) I'd use that for "play time" and then the regular stroller reclined for naps.

You can use bugaboo cameleon bassinet until 6 months. It's not a small stroller. Not huge either.

do you have space for a porta crib? is smaller than a pack and play, adjustable height and fold able.
like this one
just get a good mattress for it.
the baby can sleep, play and be changed in it
