Does anyone know what Rack of lamb is? my husband got this piece of meat and said he really likes it, but I am not sure how to make it. Any ideas for a recipe?
Also looking for an easy but good cream of chicken soup.

The way I make cream of chicken soup is very simple. I make a reg chicken soup using carrots, squash, 2-3 potatoes if I'm in the mood and lots of chicken. Then I take off the chicken from the bones and blend it all together. delicious!! My sil adds rice and blends it. That I never tasted

Make a chicken soup with some chicken cutlets. In a separate pot make a roux, add soup, shred the chicken with 2 forks add to soup. The last 10 min add frozen peas. Ez and delicious.

thanks, I will make the soup and then blend the chicken.great idea! now just need rack of lamb:)
