I didn't know any frum families lived over there! Do you realize that the house is bordering a large Yiddish-speaking Chassidish area? It would be wonderful for you if you are from that background.

Hey I used to walk past that street every day. I remember once seeing a Jewish person on that street but that's about it - the rest was non-Jews. But maybe it's changed since then - that was like 3+ years ago. Nice block.

I heard about this house a whole back but then I got the info as online
25 Ternure Ave Spring Valley NY 10977
4 beds,
1.5 baths
Single Family 1,718 sqft
Built in 1917
6,500 sqft lot
And thought it was too small.I see wrote it's 2,300 sqft. Is the difference maybe the basement?
