I am a teacher and each year when school is finished I have this huge to do list. Some things on this years is to clear my work area, organize school papers, set up what I want to add to next years curriculum, organize the children's rooms, etc.
At the end of every summer, the week before school starts I look at my list and most of the time nothing has been accomplished.
For example last summer my days were filled with going to the gym (I made that my job, 2hrs 5 days a week), driving camp carpools, and going back and forth to doctors (my children has one thing after the next that required multiple follow up appointments), etc.
I need advice on how I can accomplish this year and follow through

No advice, but I can totally relate! Waiting to hear from those "super accomplishers"...

After the gym "work" for 1/2- 1hr on your goals. It's just lengthening your "job" a bit

shorten your list. its not possible to do everything sometimes. adjust it to match your priorities and your time.
also, I find it helpful to break up the 'summer to do list' into weekly lists. anything that isnt crossed off by friday gets put on next weeks list but that means that one thing has to come off the next weeks list. so not everything gets done. and that's ok

OP Here,
I like this idea, I like it because I've never heard it before. I'm going to try this one.
