Are the wheels foam filled or are they like city mini wheels? And how big are the wheels?

The wheels on the City Versa measure 8" and are EVA wheels - like on the City Mini.
Baby Jogger does offer a Versa GT wheel kit, available exclusively on their site, for 8.5" air tires.
