Sheitel style upcoming trendy wedding

Can I get some ideas for an upcoming very trendy fashionable wedding in New York? My neice is getting married and I always feel so 'out of townish' compared to the fashion forward new yorkers.

Pics would be soooo appreciated. Need to show it to my sheitel lady.

try out the no hair on the face look.
I recently changed my deep side bang to a straight off the face bang (not sure if explaining it right). It was just blow dried differently. The look really ages me as I have a high forehead. I look much better with hair on my forehead. The middle part also did nothing for me.
So don't do anything to drastic - maybe try it out first.
I love the beachy wave look.

I am not a fan of sheitels without bangs. Very few people have the right forehead to pull it off without it looking wiggy. I don't care if its out of style I look stupid without bangs and unless my face dramatically changes as I get older I don't think I will ever get a sheitel without bangs. You have to know your own face and do what makes you look good.

Totally agree with you, happy18. shaitels without bangs look ridiculous as far as Im concerned. Someone mentioned part in the middle? Honestly, I dont think theres a 'style' with that. Ppl with long narrow faces do not look good with middle part, doesnt matter what the latest "style" is!

I love both of these styles and I think they can both look great on a sheitel. The first style is more elegant than the second for a wedding.

I also don't look good in middle part with no bangs. But my side sweep started feeling outdated...so I asked my sheitel macher for options...
She made me a middle messy part, bangs and side layers blown back away from face, with soft waves in the back. The messy part was better for my face than a straight near part. She teased the hair a bit to get the messy look. It might be a bit to casual for a wedding though.
I noticed Shaitels made into side pony or bun at several recent weddings, that's another idea
