It's extremely hot here in israel.
my 10month old baby is still breastfed and eats some solids. she also has a water bottle that is lying around, especially for the night.
my other kids were difficult today and I'm not feeling great myself, so I didnt make sure to keep giving here water. I did nurse like usual, every 3 or so hours.
for the past 30 min she has thrown up a few times!! I gave her a lot of water, she threw it all up.
is she dehydrated??
what do I need to do?
I feel so guilty

Go to the ER for IV fluids. Don't mess with babies and dehydration. RS!

I would call my dr and go to the ER but if you do not want to do this and she is alert, just sick, keep forcing water into her and keep her alert. Keep a very very close eye and if she so much as vomits more water or becomes lethargic, run to the ER.
But I would go now to be on the safe side. Don't mess with sick babies.

Why do you think that she is dehydrated?
Any of these signs could indicate that your baby is dehydrated or is becoming dehydrated:
More than six hours without a wet diaper
Urine that looks darker and smells stronger than usual
Lethargy
A dry, parched mouth and lips
No tears while crying
These signs indicate that your baby may be seriously dehydrated:
Sunken eyes
Hands and feet that feel cold and look splotchy
Excessive sleepiness or fussiness
Sunken fontanels (the soft spots on your baby's head)
AFAIK, babies can become dehydrated FROM throwing up, but don't throw up BECAUSE they are dehydrated.
Please call your doctor, but I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that there is an emergency.
