This is a question for therapists who work for Yeled V'Yalda. I have been working for them for a number of years. I have requested raises in the past when I increased my certification level. I made the request by filling out and sending in the request for a raise form. Those requests were granted. I now meet the qualifications for a raise based on seniority, as outlined on the form. I sent in the form with a request last year, and was ignored. I would like to request it again, but am just wondering if I'm going about it in the right way. Has anyone been granted a seniority based raise by sending in the form? Or is there anything else I should do? Should I send in a letter detailing reasons for my request? Are there better or worse times to make this request? Any advice appreciated.

Rofl, I'm not really sure what you're asking. Anyone else?

I think she's asking for details about the raise. I have worked for YvY and never heard of this form or option. Would be nice to know what they offer for seniority or changes of certification!

Don't they hire therapists in half a dozen disciplines? Does it make a difference?
