You don't even want to know the swear words that were going through my mind while I watched that. 
Worse than animals, pure evil. It's obvious that all of the children have been through this many times before. The older boys don't try to protect themselves, and try not to cry or act hurt. The younger ones flinch and try to run away, screaming and crying when they get hit, which just makes him hit them even harder. The "teacher" just acts bored, and annoyed that he has to deal with it.
These are the sort of people we are supposed to be "partners in peace" with. I'm not holding my breath.
