How about brownies? Everyone I know loves chocolate anyway, and it's super simple to make, you can even add some sprinkles !

Fresh fruit like grapes, blueberries... are easy. Wash and serve.
Or get a large watermelon.... etc cut and serve.
You can also put out dried fruit, nuts, candies..etc
=====
For less healthy options: brownies, box cake mixes, cookie bars are usually quickly and easy. Mix in bowl. Dump in pan. Bake. Done.
Another easy cake - cake in a crock pot. It's really good. Serve warm at night. Serve cold next day and it's like pudding. Plus this recipe is vegan and healthier for a dessert option. I've made this several times and a big hit with guests.
