Has anyone had any experience with these organizations? How are they different? Is one better than the other? The only difference I can see is that Mesila seems to be for Chareidim and Paamonim for DL.
We are an American couple living in a very Chareidi neighborhood but my husband has a very non-Chareidi degree and non-Chareidi job experience and is willing to work in a secular environment. Right now, he is doing something that is not in his field and it is not making nearly enough money. (He did not land a job in his field when we came here to Israel.) We are massively in debt and about to exhaust our sources for covering expenses (ie credit cards and bank loans.)
Do these organizations also help with finding new jobs?
Which organization would be better for us to contact?
TIA
