I have been using Shaklee Performance Pure Hydration Drink before fast days and it makes an incredible difference I wanted to share.
It says it contains electrolytes. I don't know the science of it, I just know that we no longer get dehydrated, headaches or feel weak.
You mix the powder with water and drink it throughout the day before the fast.

Yes it has a star k hechsher. I've also used it before fasts and it really helped me BH. Its an excellent hydration sports drink. I drank alot of it the day before the fast. You can get it from any shaklee distributor. PM me if you need a phone number in brooklyn.

What works very well for me is lots of almond butter the day before. On crackers or ricecakes. Drizzle with honey.
They sell freshly ground at PCC
