I am a student (and mommy of two lively children) learning to be a marriage and family counselor. I have a final research paper to complete - and the deadline is very soon. I need 33 women to answer my survey on parenting in the next 24 hours. Can you please help? It should take you between 5-6 minutes at the most.

The link to the survey is here:
https://docs.google.com/forms/....._form

I am happy to post the results on this forum.

Thank you all so much in advance!!! You should be blessed with healthy and happy children and see them all to Torah, Chupah and Maisim tovim - and the same for all the grandchildren.

I did but there were a few questions that it wasnt quite yes or no. like do you have a strong grasp on parenting... its a constant work in progress and im only just started- my oldest isnt yet 3. so I couldnt say no because I keep informed and try, but I couldnt say yes either cause its not STRONG iykwim.

I did yes cause it was more yes then no but a middle ground would have been nice

I responded, and wish you the best of luck - the results should be interesting. I did find a couple of the questions a bit difficult to answer though eg if I think I am able to raise physically, emotionally and morally healthy children. I answered yes but the fact is that although I believe I am capable of it, I believe my current parenting style needs a lot of improvement if I am to bring out the best in my children in all these aspects. It would have been good to include a further comments box or something.

Anyway, hope you get all the responses you need. Good luck again!

I completed your survey. Just a suggestion though, if you have something you want many amothers to see, post it once. Its a bit like nagging to post it in so many forums. Hatzlacha!

[I removed the others. Ladies, please post only once! -merelyme, as mod]

I did the survey. Interesting. I feel that several questions toward the end would benefit from having mitigating answers. For example, do I feel I can/do accomplish my goals? Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Do I parent all kids the same? I try to, but it doesn't always work out that way. So either a maybe option or a lichert scale. I am very interested in this topic, though, and would love to hear the results.

I would have somehow divided the questions by age of children and family size.

I did it, but like other posters said, not everything is yes or no. For most of the ones that were sometimes, I marked yes.

Did it, agree with previous posters that it would have been more informative if there were more/better options, even as simple as adding "unsure" in addition to yes or no.

Done and hatzlocha.
Just a shout out of hakaras hatov to Rebt. Spetner and Rebt. Ruthi Lynn for giving me the most incredible parenting tools.
I enjoy hearing about Simi Yellen and Perel Abromowitz as well but the first two are the ones I've really invested in.
May we all see bracha and hatzlocha from our kids!
