I have to send something to a shalom zachor this week. Whenever I need to send something I always end up making the same boring cupcakes.
What's your go to that you send to a shalom zachor/Kiddush?
Looking for new ideas!

I've become "famous" for my biscotti. I made some for a neighbor's shalom zachor and then got a request to make more for the bris. Then another neighbor had a sheva brachos and before I could even finish saying "Can I bring--", they said "Oh! The biscotti you made for the bris!"
They look classy, are yummy and probably not going to be brought by someone else.

rice krispie treats - you can put a layer of chocolate on top and even use some colored chocolate on that to make it look really pretty and fancy.

In my community we don't send to shalom zachar, but for a good friends L'chaim or new baby meal, or shiva house my go to's are zucchini bread or chocolate chip pie (but in this season definitely zucchini bread)
