Tomorrow is my mother's helper last day; she worked for me last 8 weeks (four days a week). She's 17 1/2 years old and going into 12th grade.
I was originally just going to tack on a bonus to her last check, but now I'm worried that's tacky.
Any suggestions?

I think it's the best gift you could give her. This way you know you got her taste and she'll remember that you liked her enough to pay her extra.
