Okay, Ladies. If you find that your challah mixture is spilling over the edges, you have to get this bowl I found on Amazon. It's super cheap ($15.95 and free shipping if you are a Prime member) and it is HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE. I mean, it must be made for restaurant use! But it is perfect for a big batch of challah!!! It has really made my challah mixing a pleasure. Thought I'd pass along the info:

It looks like a fine bowl to have. But if you wack it, it might dent. Or not. We always yodel.

I use the same thing. Five pounds of flour work very well in it! I also use it for washing my lettuce! I love it

They have smaller bowls as well. I'm thinking about it. Thanks.

It is about as wide as a chair seat is wide, about 18 inches.

A fine bowl.

It should have a small hole in the lip to hang it up. That can perhaps be drilled at home.

I like to hang stuff from S hooks.

I think vertical shower spring rods could be handy in a kitchen, for hanging things from S hooks.

I saw that huge bowl that looks similar at Ikea - this one is bigger, just as a warning! I love it!
