My husband and I Gd willing are planning on making aliyah in the next few years, and we're looking into communities within commuting distance to Herzilya. We're looking for a more Chardal-type community that is mostly Israeli. In our search, we stumbled upon the NBN page for Kadima-Tzoran. Has anyone heard of this area? What is it like? Thanks in advance!

I could be wrong but I don't think there is a chardal community in Kadima -Tzoren.
There are DL people in Kadima but I'm not sure how large or strong a community it is.
What about Elad?

We heard that Kadima-Tzoran has a lot of potential for growth (religious community-wise) which is something that seems really appealing for us.
We heard about Elad, but I also heard a lot about crime and the different groups of Jews not getting along. I'd love to hear more about Elad to dispel those rumors!
