She is B"H at the stage where she doesn't want baby food. She will let me give her yogurt, but other than that she wants to feed herself. I give her lots of cheese, challa, and cereal, but I need ways to get her to eat fruits and veggies. I am going to try to bake some cubed butternut squash for her, as well as cooked sliced carrots. And other ideas that are easy?

TIA!

My son loves blueberries, banana, cut up avocado, pineapple, broccoli, corn, tomato. I'm lucky, cuz he will eat ANYTHING. But anything that's softish they can have, just cut in small pieces.

Depends on how much teeth your baby has and does s/he chew well?

when dd was a year and before she would chew her food, I would give her the below

Chick peas
Blueberries
Cut up cherries
Watermelon in tiny pcs
Apples in tiny pcs
Cantaloupe in tiny pcs
Nectarines in tiny pcs
Banana
Peeled grapes
Unsalted thick stick pretzels (she would mostly suck on it
Soft cooked / boiled Chicken (cut up in small bite size pcs)
Corn bites cereal
ww squares cereal
other non sugared cereal like puffed wheat
(you can give baby ceerios) dd had a reaction to oats

As a treat, I would freeze fruits and give it to her. Like frozen strawberries cut in tiny pcs. Just a handful and it would take her a ling tine to eat it.
Frozen bananas
Frozen grapes

They are delicious and refreshing for adults too :-)

ETA

Kirby slices too.

my 11.5mo eats anything.

he will take fruit cut into cubes (nectarines, plums, melon, etc) . I dont do in tiny pieces but cubes or slices or a slice cut in half and just make sure its ripe and mushy.
potato into cubes. or even just mashed he can pick up
elbow macaroni
he eats liver
cheese
cereal (he seems to like it better with milk)
chicken shredded or cubed
meat cut up (hanburgers, hot dogs peeled and cut into 4, cholent meat shredded)
boiled veggies (from the soup)
salad- smaller peices of lettuce, shredded carrots (those iceberg bagged salad)
pepper slices- he scrapes off the "meat" and leaves the skin
kugel in pieces
