How do I clean inside of the magic mill shabbos urn? It is starting to gain residue (less then one year old!)

Sounds like mineral buildup from the water. Fill the urn with plain white vinegar diluted with water and let boil. Cool, pour out, and dry. repeat if residue remains. Do this every so often to maintain.
