Do you know where in Yerushalayim I can buy items like rugs and big pictures for my walls? (decently priced)
Thanks

It is worth going to Shuk Ramle-Lod on a monday near the Malcha Mall (actually next to the train station). parking can be a pain, but not terrible if you hunt around.
There are paintings, curtains, towels, rugs (maybe not that large, I dont remember) and lots of kids clothes.
It is pretty cheap.
I have heard that the shuk in Rosh Haayin on friday is bigger and has more variety. I have not been there.
Also - for pictures, there are often exhibits at the Tachana Rishona (old train station) ... no idea when.
Rugs you can get at all sorts of places - from Mega (Kanyon Hadar), Home Centre (also Kanyon Hadar or Malcha) or Beitili (Talpiot ) or a Carmel carpet store.
