My dUghter is supposed to go to Israel in September. As the date approaches and the situation still hasn't changed much, both my daughter and I feel very apprehensive about the situation. Is or the right thing to put my daughter in a matzav sakana, is it worth all the nerves and sleepless nights. Please send advice soon.

If the seminaries are going on schedule, and the rest of the class is going, I wouldn't keep my daughter home. I'm sure they will exercise every precaution.
I've seen too much happen chutz laaretz to believe that anywhere is 100% safe IYKWIM.

There's currently a thread basically about the same thing - called The Situation in Israel. The OP there put it under allergies which is probably why you didn't notice it. You may want to join with that one
