I'm never sure what to do so I think I keep overpaying... When I take my 2 daughters for haircuts (ages 4 and 5) how much is an appropriate tip? They charge $15 per cut and sometimes the same person does both, sometimes 2 different people do the cuts.

Standard tip is 18%-20%, I believe...
