What's an acceptable style (if any) of sneakers for a Flatbushy type school? my kindergarten dd has bad feet and can't wear loafers but I still want her to fit in with the girls in her school.
(please no discussion about style for little kids, this is more for her siblings than her)

sorry maybe I wasn't so clear, she has shoes like the ones you posted that still fit her, now I'm looking for a sneaker type of shoe.

OK I wasn't sure what you meant by loafers. I would look for something that matches the color and style of her clothing. IMO sneakers look cute when they go with the whole look, but they can look off when they are a totally different style from the dress.

I dont think the girls really wear sneakers to school...
That being said, my kindergarten dd will start school with the payless pink sneakers she wore all summer that still fit, but I purchased these for when the weather gets cooler and she outgrows the sneakers:

The kindergartners in my daughter's class all wore either loafers or mary jane type shoes. There is a company called cienta that makes some cute mary janes, maybe try those?
As for sneakers; they did start wearing sneakers in the spring. Many wore those light up ones by Skechers or Converse ones.

The cinemas look like a summer shoe to me. Maybe you could color the sole? Don't know how long that would last for though..
