My two year old daughter is extremely pigeon toed.
I have the same problem, but it doesn't look nearly as bad (that might just be because I am an adult).
Is there anything to do for her at this age? Has anyone had any experience with this?

Consult with a pediatric orthopedist. Depending on the cause there may or may not be anything to do or to be concerned about.

you can take her to a podiatrist. he may recommend orthotics. if he recommends them just for arch support, I recommend these:

much cheaper than custom, and my podiatrist was very impressed by them.
anyway, if it's not a foot problem, it could be a hip problem. I guess a pt would help for that.
