Any place indoor or outdoor to do with kids free or cheap near Whitehall Terminal- Staten Island Ferry- Manhattam Side? Kids ranging 2-9. Prefably walking distance or short taxi ride.

The Manhattan side ends up right by battery park which has a small playground. But there is also the park to walk through where there are usually street performers people dressed up as Statue of Liberty etc there are a couple of cute things musical squares and maybe a small sprinkler

There is also a subway station right there if u wanted to ride around

It's walking distance and it's free.
