I'd like to make marshmallow pops for an event but don't really want to do them on the day. Any way I can do them earlier and store them so that they stay fresh? I guess freezing is out, what are my options? Also, how early can I prepare them?
All ideas appreciated, preferably though ideas that were put to the test successfully!
Also, how did you dry them? Flat on baking paper? Presentation ideas also appreciated.

I'm not sure how long in advance you can prepare them, but about the drying...Push the sticks into a foam block, so that they dry standing, with no drying marks on them.
You can also cover a foam block and use that as a base for presentation.
Check out ideas on pinterest.
