I have tried to find out more about this program and so far I don't know anyone who's done it personally and can vouch for it. I did find the parent company whose program they license and did not see anything terribly compelling. It is a franchise setup, which irks me.
I do know of similar-sounding (can't tell just how similar because of the difficulty getting info about Neurolinks) programs that seem much more credible.
