so to be honest ... the physcologist told her like it is about being locked up and that she needs to do what the judge tells her ... he was also very nice in his mannerism ... so the combination was good ... he called her on her unwillingness to communicate and get the help she needs ... and pointed out the hopeless cases that comes through his office everyday and said that she is not one of them ... I felt the need to point out that she gets physically aggressive when I wake her up for appointments and school and that she needs to take responsibility for that ... then he gave her a long test so all in all we were there more than a couple of hours ... but the second half she was by herself (thank goodness) cause I needed space by that point ... so ... the ball is in her court ... and we shall see ... come "judgement day" ... somehow ... shabbos came and we had food ... and a bed to crash ...

well there was an idiot there who threatened to put me and f in jail if we didn't sign a 5 page document that a therapist and my lawyer requested to do over the weekend instead ... so that didn't start off too well ... however this therapist will be working with us over the next couple of months and totally seems like a good match ... the judge actually (with that phycologocal assessment of last time) saw that ds is depressed and said that forget school for now ... do something scheduled that will get you out of the house and be good for you ... so we will be working on that ...
however, despite everything too much else going on at the same time and the stress of this just wiped me out ... and I am still feeling depressed, exhausted, overwhelmed, pissed and tired ... of it all!!!
