Carrot Soufle from BY cookbook - can it freeze?

I've never made this recipe but copied it down once from the BY cookbook because it looked relatively simple with normal ingredients. Does it freeze well? With or without the topping? Thanks!

Absolutely! Freezes very well. Let it defrost in the fridge. When warming up, tent the foil cover so the topping stays crispy.

I make and its a hit. whoever tastes it goes mad over it. I suggest you do them in individual portions. If you do it in one long foil container its very hard to serve as its soft and just brakes and crumbles.
