Honey Cake
Serves: 6
Ingredients
3 whole eggs
1 cup honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 cup warm coffee
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda (mix into coffee)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups flour
Instructions
In a Tupperware Thatsa® bowl, combine eggs honey and sugar, mix well. Add baking soda to coffee. Add to mixer with oil. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. HEAVENLY!!
