I would like to see some iteration of what the Vegetarian Times magazine calls '1 ingredient 5 ways', which has multiple recipes for one ingredient. Great for when something is in season or on sale and you need to use up a lot!

I'd love to see child friendly recipes that can be whipped up quickly after work. Also, a shopping list of ingredients is super helpful!

I didn't read all the posts so could be this was already mentioned.

I like recipes with fresh, natural ingredients and basic spices.
I don't like recipes that call for ready-made ingredients such as duck sauce, pastry dough, or canned pie filling. I like when the recipe tells me how to make duck sauce, dough or filling for a pie.

I'd love to see more natural, simple, quick (not too many steps--longer cook time is OK), healthful gourmet recipes. Without added refined sugar. That don't require too many vegetables/herbs that need to be checked. Not a lot of expensive cuts of meat. And I also am always looking for delicious natural soups that don't ask for stock, broth or soup mix in the recipe. I also love simple Asian recipes and stir fries (that don't ask for a sugary bottled sauce in the recipe) and new ideas for chicken breasts, grilled or otherwise. Maybe all-natural one-pot dinners for the crockpot or oven.... Ok I'll stop now Smile But I would love to win a subscription (or two!) to your beautiful magazine!

I will echo what's already been said by some previous posters:
    - Vegetarian dishes (mains/sides) that don't use hard-to-find ingredients - it's so convenient to have lots of pre-made pareve dishes that can be pulled out of the fridge/freezer as needed.

    - Crowd-pleasing pareve desserts that don't include Rich's whip or graham cracker shells as the main ingredients.

Good luck and Shana Tova!
