I found a tiny bit of mold on leftover challah. I wanted to use it to make challah kugel. If I remove that piece, can I use it, or should I dump the whole challah?

When in doubt, throw it out. Even though you may not see any mold on the rest of the challah, there are in all probability microscopic mold spores there.

I'm blown away by these questions....moldy challah, mice droppings near food, THROW IT OUT!!!

If these is mold one spot, that usually means that the entire thing is moldy. Mold spores spread quickly through soft foods and the whole things gets contaminated even if you do not see it.
