Ya I know a little about it. The one off Old Nyack Tpke?
Some frum families, some not. Apartments are nice and in good condition. The frum people there are friendly with each other. The frum people are a mix of different types, mostly more on the yeshivish end of things. No washer-dryer allowed in apartments, there's a few communal laundry rooms.
I know someone living there, she is happy.
