1 c. duck sauce , 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. sesame seeds
what do you think this is? is it on the sweet side? I dont want to make so many sauces and then dh wont like it. its a waste of ingredients. is this on the savory or sweet side? or slightly sweet that would be ok but not too sweet. that wouldnt go. thanks to you. all comments appreciated

This sounds sweet to me. The brown sugar and soy sauce being = make that combo more of a teriyaki sauce + duck sauce which is also sweet. If you want more savory you can try cutting out some of the sugar

or you can try adding a little sugar or honey to your mixture if you want it sweeter (if you didn't throw it out yet Smile)
