my husband is tired of eating bread with tuna or eggs for lunch and breakfast. does anyone have easy, filling ideas for lunch and breakfast that I can pack up and send with my husband? thank you very much

tuna patties, pasta, shnitzel, chicken salad, smoothies, muffins, egg in potato hash cups, cheese sandwiches, yogurt/fruit/granola, falafel, pizza....

Chicken salad with yummy dressing
salmon with israelli salad and crackers
pizza bagels
french toast
tuna/ cheese wrap
potato/ cheese burekas
rice with roasted veggies
mini burgers/ veggie burgers with rolls and ketchup and fries
peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Buy disposable lunch containers. make sure to pack a drink too- a nice sized water bottle from target may be a good idea. don't forget to write notes!
