I made meat for the first day Yom Tov and it cane out chewy. I put some in my chulent and it came out yummy! Can I warm it up now with wine? I want to have it for supper but I don't want to cook it as long as I cook my chulent for Wink

sounds like it's a meat that needs to be slow cooked in order to be soft. Heating it up with wine won't change that.

You can put it in a slow cooker with bbq sauce and make pulled beef sandwiches. It's my favorite way to recycle cooked meat and chicken.

I would do a few hours on low 3 maybe. Until it can be easily shredded with two forks.
