What do you know about the field re: years of schooling, availabilty and ease of finding jobs, salary etc

I am a school psych. I spent three years getting my masters. I know work in a dep of ed (DOE) school and I love it. it took me a bit to find a job but I am happy I stuck it through
salary in the DOE ranges from about 58,000 to about 105,00 after a long period of time. however, it is important to note that you get full coverage of health insurance, dental, prescription etc. paid which equals at least 20,000 for a family, PLUS full pension
