Is there a special comb not sold in stores? One that doesn't hurt/pull the hair?

I think it's Assy 2000 and if it's not pulling the hair it's prob not getting out the lice either. You need to put conditioner in the hair and then it will be much smoother and not hurt so much

Try a pharmacy.
Assy 2000 is the best. Wet the hair, put in a lot of conditioner, brush out all knots, then comb the hair with the conditioner still in. Comb through the hair twice - once in the direction the hair grows, then in the opposite direction. Place the teeth of the comb as close as possible to the scalp and comb.
Then wash the hair (get out all the conditioner!) rinse well.
Repeat as needed.]
