For the first time, a woman gives birth after a pregnancy in a transplanted uterus. Very cool. Extra cool that the uterus transplant was done using a live donor who was post-menopause - that could make it a realistic option for a lot of people.

I remember reading about a uterus transplant before, this is the first one that isn't an identical twin. still amazing and one step closer to my ultimate evil plan- GET THE MEN PREGNANT!!!!
