I just bought a wig and the cut was included. But she just cut it and sprayed it. She did not wash it. The wig looks kind of limp. Is it expected that she should have washed it? I would like to bring it back to be washed. I'm not sure if this is the norm to just cut and walk out.

Usually, the cut includes washing the wig before the cut and setting it on your head during/after the cut. The first setting never holds, so if she won't do it, don't feel bad about giving it in for a proper wash and set.

She didn't wash the wig before the cut. I still have the tag attached. I think I should go back.
