Ok, Idk how to write "tzik tzok" in english but I hope you know what I am referring to (the rubenfeld bag of NOT chik chop flour recipe)

I wasn't so happy with it so I'm back to my regular recipe but just realized I'm short a cup or two. Can I use flour from that bag like I would regular?
