Whenever we have legal holidays that fall out on garbage pick up day we don't get our garbage picked up that day, but we get a pickup on the following morning, but early morning about 1am for one side of the street and the other side of the street comes at about 3am. It is extremely loud. It is really annoying it wakes me up every time without fail and it is truly annoying. Does anyone else find this annoying?

The garbage trucks rarely get to my neighborhood to make up for missed trash collection on legal holidays which I find more annoying than the noise.

Perhaps you can use ear plugs on Erev isru chag of legal holidays.
