The title says it all. A question from someone who's pregnant.
Does anyone know of Unpasteurised cheese--either hard cheese,
semi-hard cheese, soft cheese (like camembert or brie),
cottage cheese, cream cheese?
Are all kosher cheeses made from pasteurised milk?

My dh has friends who are in cheese business. I'll ask.
"There are raw milk camemberts, apart from that afaik everything pasteurized. Go tell a pregnant French woman not to eat camembert lol"

I was also going to respond that Camembert, at least the one that I eat, is made of raw milk.

I was told not to eat the Feta cheese when I was pregnant.

Many soft cheese as note pasteurized, but many are. Feta can be purchased either way. Check the labels.
