Some low-paying jobs stink, usually not due to the work itself but due to megalomaniac bosses. Some low-paying jobs are lots of fun, it all depends on finding a great group of co-workers. Have you been taking office jobs? Stop that. You're going to be bad at them and hate them. Find something where you don't have lots of details to keep track of, and something where the boss isn't right there all the time.
Success in school means you're book smart. Success at work is more complex. Most jobs require a lot of social skills. Are you working on those with your therapist?
School is where you acquire a foundation of knowledge, work is where you take that foundation and build on it and make your own contribution. What do you want to contribute to the world?
Don't be scared of failing.
