Ugh. Just remember that the Mommy Wars are the yetzer hara's way of undermining our self confidence and trying to destroy our relationships with other women.
Fight the yetzer hara, not your cousin.
I have a DD with special needs, and I do feel a stab of pain when other mothers are bragging about their exceptionally talented children. It takes all my strength to fight the yetzer hara and not feel bad. I remember DD's amazing qualities, and look at how well she's doing, and how she's exceeded all of the doctor's expectations. Focus on the good in your life, and use that as blinders to keep out the bad.
