When you live in a space with minimal storage you really can't buy in bulk.
Winter stuff can go in rolling bins under the bed.
Baby stuff should be collapsable, foldable so you can slip it behind a conch or under the bed.
Maybe you can swap with a friend who has foldable collapsable baby swing?!
I totally get it because we lived in a two bedroom apartment for the first few years of marriage.
