Has anyone successfully gotten rid of head lice/nits by using Basic H?
I've been conditioning and combing my kid's hair every few days and somehow the problem hasn't yet resolved. It's been four weeks so far. Sigh.

Are you leaving the conditioner in for a while? Or Washing it out right away?

I've been leaving the conditioner in for half hour to an hour and combing with a Nisska comb. Every section of the head. Two to three to four times. Sigh.
