Batter-dipped chicken nuggets that really taste like the ones in restaurants.

I'd love to know the secret of a chefs grilled chicken. mine is always somewhat dry, the ones I eat at a simcha or takeout/restaurant are always moist.

Apricot chicken nuggets- somehow the ones I duplicate at home are never as amazing as the restaurant- and I presume because I would never (health wise) use the ingredients they use! But I do like to indulge.
